AdminLedger for Jira Terms of Service

These terms apply to AdminLedger for Jira, an Atlassian Marketplace app provided by Elevara.

Product Scope

AdminLedger helps Jira administrators review configuration debt, access review signals, and directional license waste. The app generates findings, recommendations, CSV exports, and optional Confluence reports.

No Destructive Cleanup

AdminLedger v1 does not delete Jira configuration, change permissions, remove users, modify workflows, or take destructive cleanup actions. Customers are responsible for reviewing findings before taking action in Jira or Confluence.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Install the app only in Atlassian sites where they are authorized to do so.
  • Review generated findings before making administrative changes.
  • Configure Confluence report publishing only to spaces they control.
  • Maintain appropriate Jira and Confluence administrator permissions.

Availability And Support

Support is provided through the support contact published on the Atlassian Marketplace listing. Service targets may be updated from time to time in the public support policy.

Where Elevara processes Customer Personal Data as a processor or service provider for AdminLedger for Jira, the Elevara Data Processing Addendum applies.
